SPACE FOR

connection, trust and change

Health is not a state, but a living process.

Not everything the body shows is a fault; much of it is an expression. Of adaptation. Of exhaustion. Or of the desire for change.

My work is not about ‘treating’ symptoms, but about listening to people with my hands, my knowledge and my presence.

In my practice, I accompany you on your path to greater clarity, flexibility and self-awareness. Holistically, individually and on equal terms.

Welcome.

ENCOUNTER

Everything starts with the

Sometimes the body shows what words cannot express.
A tension. Fatigue. Pain.
Perhaps it is nothing new – just something that has been silent for a long time.
My work is not about ‘getting rid of’ something.
It's about listening.
Feeling where you need support.
Where something has come loose – or wants to reconnect.
I work with what is there. With what shows itself.
And with what lies beneath.
Because your body carries memory, strength and direction.
It all begins with the encounter.

ABOUT ME

Fridolin Buchmeier

I believe:

The body is not our enemy. It is an expression of our history – and sometimes our most honest ally.

After completing my master's degree in osteopathy in Germany, I continued my education in two areas that have further shaped my understanding of human beings:

Spiraldynamik® – the intelligent language of movement and posture.

Bioenergetic osteopathy according to Tom Shaver – a heart-centred, sensory healing method that incorporates resonance, stillness and vitality into the healing process.

Today, I work in Denmark and Switzerland.

My attitude:

I do not heal anyone. I accompany them.
I open up spaces in which people can regain access to what is whole within them.

Healing begins with trust

– and in the dignity of the body

I treat every person with the conviction that they possess an intelligence that goes far beyond what can be measured.

For me, complaints are not ‘malfunctions’ but indications, often clever adaptations that the body has chosen to deal with something.

That is why my focus is not on the illness, but on the person.
Their history. Their feelings. Their inner order.

I do not work with techniques, but in relation to:
- structure
- regulation
- vitality that wants to be felt

My treatments not only invite the body to relax, but also invite the person to feel themselves again.

MY APPROACH

Holistic. Touching. Empowering.

For me, osteopathy is not just ‘a method’.
It is a language. An attitude. A way of entering into dialogue with the body.

I combine different approaches that complement each other:

- Osteopathy:
mindful, precise work with tissues, structures and rhythms

- Spiral Dynamics®:
functional movement intelligence that becomes tangible in everyday life

- Bioenergetic osteopathy:
a heart-centred, sensory healing method that incorporates resonance, stillness and vitality into the healing process

The goal is not control – but connection.
Not repair, but self-regulation.

I invite you to experience your body anew as a space of perception, trust and transformation.

METHOD

How I work

Gaining a deeper understanding of what works – Every person is unique, as is their path to health. That is why I work with different, complementary approaches. They all have one thing in common: seeing the person as a whole

Healing means getting back in touch with yourself. In my practice, I combine these methods individually, tailored to your needs, your history and your body.

Osteopathy

The art of subtle perception
-

Further information

Osteopathy is a manual healing method based on sound medical training that views the human being as a unity of body, mind and soul.

With trained hands, I feel for patterns of tension, restrictions of movement and blockages – in muscles, fasciae, joints, organs and in the craniosacral system. The aim is to stimulate the body's self-regulation and treat the causes of complaints – not just their symptoms.

Osteopathic treatment is not about ‘adjusting’ or suppressing symptoms, but about creating space so that the body can reactivate its natural healing processes.

Spiraldynamik®

Movement intelligence
for everyday life

Further information

Spiraldynamik® is an anatomically based movement concept that utilises the body's natural spiral structure. It helps to make movements more efficient, healthier and more sustainable – from the feet to the head.

Spiraldynamik® is a valuable approach, especially for posture problems, chronic pain or uneven strain: you learn how to move more consciously and anatomically sensibly in everyday life – whether sitting, standing, walking or exercising.

I integrate elements of Spiraldynamik® into osteopathic treatment and show you simple exercises that you can use to actively improve your symptoms.

Bioenergetic osteopathy

Healing begins in stillness

Further information

Bioenergetic osteopathy (BEO) is a special form of osteopathy developed by Dr Tom Shaver. It combines the classic principles of osteopathy with elements of energy healing, thereby opening up new avenues for health and well-being.

The focus is on working with stillness, mindfulness and resonance. The therapist anchors themselves in an inner state of calm and heart-centredness, thus establishing contact with the deeper levels of the patient. Where the natural order has become unbalanced, healing can be initiated.

What distinguishes this method?

Holistic approach:
Body, mind and soul are addressed equally.

Gentle approach:
Treatment is carried out without force or manipulation, but through attentive listening and energetic support.

Resonance principle:
Therapist and patient enter a shared space of perception in which self-healing powers can unfold.

Release of blockages:
Dense, bound energy can be released, symptoms may become less severe or disappear completely.

OSTEOPATHY

When osteopathy may be helpful

When the body wants to say something – and wants to be heard

Many people come with physical symptoms, but often what can be felt is only part of the story.

Osteopathy may be beneficial for:

Pain in the musculoskeletal system

Restrictions on mobility

Migraine, tinnitus, jaw problems

Digestive and respiratory problems

Sleep disorders, inner restlessness

chronic fatigue

emotional stress with physical expression

Symptoms following accidents, operations or stressful periods in life

If you feel that “something is wrong” but no one else can find anything, this is often a good moment to pause and listen more closely.
